• As part of the Tutu Maker Studio team, I assist with the construction of various ballet costumes, utilising draping on the stand, hand stitching and embellishment techniques. â€‹

•Use of domestic and industrial machinery to construct costumes in accordance to provided designs.

March - May 2025: Liz Poole Ltd

• As part of the Liz Poole Costume team, I assisted in constructing elements of costumes used for Moulin Rouge! and MJ the Musical. â€‹

•Produced costumes to a professional standard, utilising a range of construction techniques that allow for choreography, movement and wear on stage.

November 2024 - January 2025: Queen's Theatre Hornchurch

  • Dresser & Wardrobe Assistant on the 2024/25 run of Cinderella

  •  I laundered, organised and prepared the cast's costumes prior to each performance. I assisted actors in quick changes, ensuring a smooth show occurred. 

  • Carried out alterations and repairs when required, maintaining the costumes to a high standard. 

August - September 2024: Norwich Theatre & OVO Roman Theatre St Alban's

Costume maker and wardrobe assistant on The Highwayman

• I constructed costumes for the 2024 touring production of The Highwayman, using a variety of skills. 

• I undertook alterations and repairs, contributing to the longevity of costumes worn in an outdoor environment.​

• Worked as a dresser on the OVO Theatre run of shows, completing quick changes to produce a seamless show.

September 2021 - May 2024: BA (Hons) Costume Construction

  • Graduated with First Class Honours

  • Recieved a Special Award Certificate, awarded for recognition of commitement and outstanding achievements in BA (Hons) Costume Construction

• University Centre South Essex, in collaboration with the Royal Opera House

• My time on this course has allowed me to grow into a confident, resilient and professional individual. I have been introduced to research, design, pattern cutting, tailoring and construction with movement requirements in mind. These are all valuable skills I will use in the professional industry.

February 2023: Royal Opera House Work Placement

Costume maker on Cinderella

• I was given responsibility to produce and attach the desired embellishments onto two designated romantic tutus for the Royal Ballet. Gaining experience working with a variety of materials for a professional production.

December 2022 - January 2023: Queen's Theatre Hornchurch 

Dresser on the 2022 run of Sleeping Beauty

• I laundered, organised and prepared the cast's costumes prior to each performance. I assisted actors in quick changes, ensuring a smooth show occurred. 

• Carried out alterations and repairs when required, maintaining the costumes to a high standard. 

September - October 2022: Queen's Theatre Hornchurch 

Dresser on Kinky Boots

• I prepared organised 35 costumes, as well as shoes and wigs for each show. I worked as an integral part of the backstage team and effectively facilitated seamless costume changes.

July - August 2022 : OVO Roman Theatre 

Wardrobe Assistant on Little Women 

• I undertook alterations and repairs, contributing to the longevity of 20 costumes worn in an outdoor environment. I laundered and pressed costumes in preparation for each show.​

July 2022 & August 2023 : Queen's Theatre Hornchurch

February - March 2022 : Kinetika Project 

• Working with Kinetika People and Design studio on the Queen's Platinum Jubilee Pageant

• I was tasked with constructing 60 silk fabric daffodils that sustained transportation and various weather conditions for "The Thank You Dance".

December 2021 - January 2022 : Queen's Theatre Hornchurch

• I laundered, organised and prepared the cast's costumes prior to each performance. I assisted actors in quick changes, ensuring a smooth show occurred. 

• Carried out alterations and repairs when required, maintaining the costumes to a high standard. 

September 2019 - May 2021: Level 3 Extended diploma in Fashion Design

• Fashion Retail Academy, graduated with Distinction

• Introduced skills within researching, design development, technical drawings, sampling and garment construction.
